How long does a typical project take?
Most projects take one to four weeks from kickoff to launch. Your plan includes a timeline for your specific project, with check-ins along the way.
What happens after launch?
That depends on what you need. Some clients want ongoing improvements on a retainer, some want a set support window, and some are ready to run things on their own. We agree on this up front, as part of your plan.
Do I own the code?
In most cases, yes. Who owns the code, accounts, and data is spelled out in your plan before any work starts, so there are no surprises.
Do I need to be technical?
